By creating an account or using Date.ba (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Date.ba. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement, are legally allowed to enter into these Terms, and are not banned from the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; upload nudity, sexually explicit content, or content depicting minors; impersonate anyone; use the Service for commercial solicitation, prostitution, or scams; post hateful content targeting protected groups; upload photos you do not have the right to use.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant Date.ba a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the Service.
Date.ba does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. You interact with other users at your own risk. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and trust your instincts. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Date.ba is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
